These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pk3 ("pk3", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at pk3.cam. 1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all use of the pk3 platform, including the website at pk3.cam, all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and any present or future services offered by pk3 to registered players.
1.2 pk3 operates under an international gaming license granted by a recognised gaming regulatory authority. The platform is operated in accordance with the conditions of that license, which include requirements relating to player fund protection, RNG certification, responsible gaming provision, and anti-money laundering compliance.
1.3 This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
1.4 pk3 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments affect material rights or obligations of players, pk3 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or registered email address. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
1.5 By accessing pk3, you confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction of residence. pk3 accepts no liability arising from your use of the platform in contravention of applicable local laws.
2.1 To register and use the pk3 platform, you must:
2.2 pk3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other documentation satisfactory to pk3. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of the account and withholding of pending withdrawals.
2.3 Age verification is a mandatory step in the pk3 KYC (Know Your Customer) process and must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. pk3 may also conduct age verification checks at the time of registration or at any point during the account lifecycle. Players who fail age verification will have their accounts closed and any deposits returned to the original payment method net of any amounts already wagered.
2.4 pk3 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If pk3 becomes aware that a minor has successfully registered an account, that account will be immediately closed, all transactions will be voided, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
3.1 Each individual may register only one pk3 account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used.
3.2 You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. pk3 reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading registration information has been provided.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk3 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 You must notify pk3 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pk3 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
3.5 pk3 accounts are personal to the registered player and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance held.
3.6 Players are responsible for ensuring that their account details, including registered mobile number and email address, remain up to date. pk3 uses registered contact details for account communications, OTP delivery, and fraud alerts. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may affect your ability to access your account or receive critical security notifications.
pk3 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Allied Bank Transfer, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT, which is converted at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the cashier section of the platform and may be amended by pk3 from time to time. Deposits that fall outside the stated limits may be declined or returned. pk3 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may levy charges independently.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made by a person other than the registered account holder — are prohibited. Where third-party deposits are identified, pk3 reserves the right to void winnings arising from those funds and return the deposit to the originating payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the verification requirements below. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted at pk3's discretion where the original method is no longer available, subject to additional verification.
Before any withdrawal is processed, the registered player must complete the pk3 KYC verification process by providing satisfactory identity documentation. First-time withdrawals require full verification. Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are processed without additional documentation unless pk3 determines that a further verification check is warranted.
Withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within one hour during operational hours for verified accounts; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK) — same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff; USDT TRC20 — within two hours subject to blockchain confirmation.
pk3 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where an account is under review for suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms and Conditions. Players will be notified of any such hold and given an opportunity to provide requested documentation.
5.1 pk3 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section.
5.2 All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, or bonus plus deposit where applicable), eligible contributing games, time limits, and any maximum withdrawal caps are specified in the relevant promotion terms. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting a bonus.
5.3 Where a player holds both real money and bonus funds in their account, real money funds are used for wagering first, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
5.4 pk3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled before a player has completed the wagering requirement, any bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom will be removed from the account. Real money funds held at the time of cancellation are not affected.
5.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated wagering strategies to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or systematic exploitation of a bonus in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play — will result in removal of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.6 pk3 reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether any player's wagering activity constitutes bonus abuse. This determination will be made based on the totality of the player's account activity and wagering patterns.
6.1 All bets placed on the pk3 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as published in the platform's help and rules sections. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that specific game.
6.2 All gaming outcomes on pk3's casino products are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG has been independently tested and certified by an accredited testing laboratory. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published in the game information panels within the casino lobby.
6.3 Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers using physical equipment in a monitored live studio environment. Game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and recorded by the platform system. Technical malfunctions during a live game will be managed in accordance with the platform's malfunction policy, which may result in the voiding of the affected round.
6.4 Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed by the platform. A bet is confirmed only when the player receives an on-screen confirmation and the bet is reflected in the account's open bets section. pk3 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by manifest errors in odds compilation.
6.5 In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any casino game or sports betting market, pk3's decision on the appropriate resolution — including voiding affected bets or rounds — is final. pk3 is not liable for losses incurred by players as a result of technical malfunctions beyond pk3's reasonable control.
6.6 Maximum win limits may apply to individual games, bets, or categories of bets. These limits are published in the relevant game or market rules. pk3 reserves the right to restrict maximum payout on any single bet to the published maximum win limit for the relevant category.
7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk3 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
7.2 pk3 employs anti-fraud and security monitoring technology that operates continuously across the platform. Suspected violations are investigated by pk3's compliance team. During any investigation, pk3 may place a hold on withdrawals from the account under review. Players will be notified of any hold and given an opportunity to respond to information requests.
8.1 pk3 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every player account after login. These tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; loss limits over the same time periods; session time limits; reality check notifications; cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion.
8.2 Deposit limit reductions and cooling-off period activations take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to allow for considered decision-making.
8.3 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation and are irreversible during the selected exclusion period. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended, marketing communications are ceased, and the player may not register a new account on the pk3 platform. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
8.4 pk3 is strictly for adults aged 21+. pk3 does not market its services to minors and uses age verification procedures to prevent underage access to the platform.
8.5 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from responsible gaming resources available in their area. pk3's Responsible Gaming page contains further information about available support resources and how to use the responsible gaming tools within the platform.
9.1 The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by pk3 is governed by the pk3 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9.2 pk3 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement. pk3 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
9.3 pk3 may share your personal data with third-party service providers where necessary for the provision of the platform's services, including payment processors, KYC and identity verification providers, and security monitoring services. All such providers are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.
9.4 pk3 may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or courts of competent jurisdiction where required by applicable law or regulation.
10.1 All intellectual property on the pk3 platform — including but not limited to the pk3 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data — is owned by or licensed to pk3 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk3 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not extend to reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any content from the pk3 platform.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of pk3's intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of your account.
11.1 The pk3 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk3 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pk3 will endeavour to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime levels.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk3 excludes all liability for: (a) loss of data, profits, revenue, or opportunity; (b) losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond pk3's control; (c) losses arising from your use of the platform in breach of these Terms and Conditions; (d) losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits pk3's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by pk3's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pk3; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.4 pk3's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 pk3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) pk3 suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) required by applicable law or regulation; or (d) as otherwise determined at pk3's sole discretion.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for violation of these Terms and Conditions, pk3 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, forfeiture of the balance may result.
12.3 A player may close their pk3 account voluntarily at any time by contacting pk3 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be removed upon closure.
12.4 Account closure does not affect obligations or liabilities that accrued prior to the date of closure, nor does it affect any provisions of this Agreement that by their nature are intended to survive termination.
13.1 If you have a complaint about any aspect of the pk3 platform or service, you should contact pk3 support in the first instance. pk3 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. Complex complaints may take longer to resolve; in such cases, pk3 will keep you informed of the expected timeline.
13.2 If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the customer support process, you may escalate the matter to pk3's compliance team by contacting support via email at the address published on the platform's contact page. The escalated complaint will be reviewed by a senior member of the compliance team who was not involved in the initial resolution attempt.
13.3 This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk3 holds its international gaming license. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint procedure set out above.
13.4 No class action or representative claim may be brought against pk3. Any dispute must be pursued by the individual player in their own name and on their own behalf only.
14.1 pk3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the platform with the updated effective date displayed at the top of this page.
14.2 For material changes that affect player rights or obligations, pk3 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, where operationally practicable.
14.3 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may close your account by contacting pk3 support. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.
14.4 The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available at pk3.cam/terms-conditions and supersedes all previous versions. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
